  International Capital Conference (ICC) 2011 will take place in the prestigious Ministry of Finance in Paris. The ICC will bring together senior figures from Chinese business and government with their counterparts in the heart of Europe. Hear cutting edge panel discussions and presentations from leading business experts and policy makers on the economic relationship between China & Europe, capital raising and Mergers & Acquisitions for Chinese companies.
 
The ICC will be organised by Boao Forum for Asia and Cavendish Group. The conference will open with Mr. Zhou WenZhong, Secretary General for the Boao Forum for Asia. The ICC will enjoy top tier support from both the French and Chinese governments. Mr. Zhou WenZhong will lead senior Chinese policy makers and business leaders to Paris to discuss macroeconomic subjects, reflecting the growing importance of developing and deepening the France – China relationship.  
 

This year, the ICC will draw a strong EU focus and will unite the wider European business community with the Chinese business community. ICC broadens its scope to range across finance, sustainability in the energy and high tech industries such as automotive, aerospace and transportation.

 

Opening sessions will look at the economic relationship between China and Europe and the opportunities for Chinese and European companies arising from it. In the afternoon of the first day, the conference splits into three streams looking in-depth at potential for partnerships and growth in finance, high-tech industries and energy production. On the second day, the ICC will be underpinned by the creation of genuine business opportunities for Chinese companies, focusing on M & A, and how Chinese companies can buy into the EU market.

 
  As well as creating a platform for the exchange of ideas, the ICC will bring China and Europe together to create new business. Alongside the plenary sessions, there will be a full programme of one-to-one meetings and targeted roundtable discussions. Leading companies that attended the previous ICCs are already enjoying the results of the new partnerships they established at the conference. Building business by building new relationships is at the heart of the ICCs success.
