Wassim Chourbaji, Vice President and Head of Government Affairs, Qualcomm EMENA

Wassim Chourbaji has been Qualcomm’s Vice President and Head of Government Affairs for Europe and the EU, Middle East and North Africa since May 2011. He is member of Qualcomm’s Europe Leadership and the Managing Director of the EU Brussels Office and oversees Qualcomm’s public policy, regulatory affairs and senior government relations in the region. Chourbaji also leads a senior team in Brussels, Paris, Munich, London, Rome and Dubai responsible for innovation, technology, intellectual property, digital economy, spectrum, standardization, data protection and antitrust policy. He is currently the Chairman of the Communication Infrastructure Council of TechUK, the policy arm of the UK digital industry. He studied engineering and mathematics.
